❌ No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Unwanted after delivery
Please ensure you choose your size carefully using the size chart provided on each product page.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges only in the following conditions:
- You received a wrong item
- The product is damaged or defective
⚠️ Exchanges will only be considered if you provide a full unboxing video, recorded clearly from the moment the package is opened (before removing any item from the packaging).
Without this proof, exchange requests will not be accepted.
📦 Exchange Process

Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery at
📧 vyznnztion@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for exchange, and the unboxing video. - Our team will verify your request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup, where serviceable.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we may ask you to self-ship the item to our return address.
- Upon receiving and verifying the item, we will initiate the exchange.
- You will receive a replacement item of the same product once approved.
If your claim is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.
📌 Important Notes
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Size exchanges are not allowed, so please refer to the size guide before placing an order.
- We reserve the right to decline an exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
